SALT CATHEDRAL TOUR
The Salt Cathedral Tour takes us to the north of Bogotá, in Cundinamarca, where the Salt Cathedral is located. A suggestive structure built 2,652.
Therefore, it is considered the most important architectural and artistic achievement in Colombia that attracts a large number of visitors from all over the world, religious and not, at any time of the year.
It is an environment with a deep religious sense where you can find a variety of marble and salt statues.
After passing through all the stations of the Via Crucis in the tunnel dug in the rock we arrived at the cathedral where the miners had built a small chapel and they would never have imagined that it would be transformed into what it represents today, this wonderful e unusual work of art.
At the end of the visit to the Salt Cathedral, we continue with the visit of the small town of Zipaquirá where you can buy crafts and have lunch in one of the typical restaurants of the region before returning to Bogotá.
