- The client confirming the budget accepts the contract of “Terms and Conditions” in all its clauses.

- The operator reserves the right to make changes in the provision of service contracts. Changes can be generated for security reasons, as long as they are in the interests of the client.
- Changes to the services requested by the client generate an additional cost. In fact, it is added to the agreed price when at the time of confirmation. It will be classified as an additional service whose amount will be properly determined by the operator.
- Changes requested by the customer after confirmation from the operator will incur an additional cost. According to your national currency and the exchange rate of the date of the exchange request.
- The customer has the right, if you have not yet consumed the services, to terminate the contract. You can cancel the services with written communication to the operator.
- Cancellations of services will be accepted only if the client notifies the operator in writing and regulated in the following way. - In case of cancellation the cost of the amortization service will be compensated by the operator within 30 days. In fact, from the moment the recipient communicates the cancellation request in writing. After that time without any communication from the customer, no refund will be paid.
- There will be no amount will be refunded for services not used voluntarily by the customer.
- If the operator is in need of canceling or suspending any type of service, after the service start date, the customer will only have the right to claim the amount of the unused services.
- Complaints will be made in writing and communicated within thirty (30) days from the date of completion of the service.
- The operator is not responsible for damages, injuries, accidents or irregularities that may occur during the entire duration of the services to the client, which he does at his own risk.
- The client is responsible for his belongings, luggage, documents and other objects of his property.
- The operator is exempt from liability for damages that the customer may suffer. Causes as a consequence of atmospheric conditions and other natural events that do not make you responsible, acts of god and force majeure. Inasmuch as they are not attributable to the will of the operator.
- The operator is liable only for malicious intent or negligence in the performance of its services.
- The operator is responsible for the execution of the services contracted by the customer.
- The customer declares to accept the general conditions of responsibility of those mentioned herein. In fact, the formal acceptance by the payment service contracts before the start of the services.
- In the case of requesting a special tour, made exclusively for the client, all the above rules will apply. So the customer has to accept any additional conditions that the operator will apply at the time.
